Prior to switching to Centric PLM, ECCO used multiple Excel spreadsheets, resulting in a saturation of the system landscape with offline documents that were not kept in any centralized online repository. They knew they had to embrace a new operating model to achieve their ultimate goal of becoming a leading merchandise-driven brand. It means being able to deliver the right product, at the right price, with the right content, through the right channel, in order to better serve customers.
