New Delhi: Audi today launched the Audi Q5 facelift in India at a starting price of Rs 58.93 lakh (ex-showroom). The German luxury car maker claims that the new Audi Q5 combines sporty character with excellent everyday usability and promises better performance and an improved driving experience. New Audi Q5 specifications
At the heart of the new Audi Q5 is a 2.0-liter TFSI petrol engine that develops 249 hp of maximum power and 370 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels (Quattro four-wheel drive system is standard). The SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 237 km / h. The driver can choose from six driving modes: comfort, dynamic, individual, automatic, efficiency and off-road. The SUV also benefits from adaptive suspension with damping control. New features of the Audi Q5
The Audi Q5 facelift sports the signature singleframe grille with vertical struts. The grille is much sharper now. The headlights and taillights are fully LED units. The SUV is based on R19 alloy rims. It comes with aluminum roof racks and a panoramic sunroof. While the grille and slats have chrome accents, the skid plates, roof rails and the new fog light housing have silver accents.
The sumptuous interior of the new Audi Q5 is fitted with leather and imitation leather upholstery. There is a 10.1 inch multimedia touchscreen with the third generation MIB3 modular infotainment platform. With Audi’s latest MMI Touch, it supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The premium B&O audio system with up to 19 speakers is also available. There are power front seats with driver memory function. Other important features include the Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus with 12.3-inch HD instrument cluster, three-zone climate control, ambient surround lighting with 30 colors and the Audi phone booth with wireless charging. The SUV is equipped with a sensor-controlled tailgate and a park assist system with park assist plus.
