Madonna is no stranger to the diversity of her range of styles.
On Tuesday, the music legend celebrated his 64th birthday with an eventful evening in Italy. Madonna uploaded a video to Instagram modeling her birthday outfit. She gave her fans a glimpse of her wardrobe through a photo collection which sees her posing on a nude sofa next to her adopted twins Estere and Stelle Ciccone in matching dresses.
To honor her special day, the award-winning pop icon wore an ensemble suited to the Italian landscape. Styled by Eyob Yohannes, Madonna appeared in a long majolica-print poplin dress from Dolce & Gabbana’s Blue Mediterranean collection. Its patterned arrangement fused a V-neck silhouette, an eye-catching tie at each shoulder, and a botanical-like pattern reminiscent of Sicilian tiles.
To accessorize, the chart-topping musician opted for layered jewelry that followed the intense color palette of her outfit. She wore a combination of silver and gold bangles and bracelets on each arm and a coral blue ring. Continuing this layered effect, she added a set of chains and diamond necklaces.
Madonna paired her Dolce & Gabbana dress with an Eugenia Kim hat, which featured multiple shades of blue ranging from baby blue to denim and navy blue. Its shoulder bag followed a similar color scheme with black and azure elements.
As for footwear, the “Material Girl” singer slipped into a pair of majolica-print calfskin clogs that also belonged to Dolce & Gabbana’s Mediterranean line. The heel and upper featured an ultramarine hue, coordinating with one of the primary tones of her look. The silhouette composition featured an identical decorative style with floral prints on the vamp and insole. Silver embellishments appear between smaller floral designs as part of each shoe’s outer lining in a curved fashion similar to its structure.
Madonna is known for wearing fashion-forward and fashion-forward clothes from brands like Versace, Burberry, and Louis Vuitton. She has a penchant for flashy accessories from prestigious brands like Hermés, Chanel and Gucci, to name a few. When it comes to footwear, she tends to lean towards open-toe or pointed-toe pumps, as well as high boots and ankle-strap sandals for events and performances.
